• Provide safe haven in loving, temporary foster homes and help the dogs become more adoptable
• Provide any necessary medical care
• Reduce euthanasia rates
• Provide public education about the problem of animal overpopulation
• Decrease pet overpopulation through Spay/Neuter programs
• Promote the principles of responsible pet ownership
